Thank you for choosing our website to rent a dress. Please review the following rental procedure and policy before proceeding with your rental request.
1. Rental Payment: To rent a dress, the rental price and bond money must be paid in advance. Both payments are required before the dress can be dispatched.
● Bank Receipts/Bkash Screenshots: Please provide the bank receipts or Bkash screenshots as proof of payment for the rental price and bond money.
2. Dispatch of Dress: Once we confirm the payment of both the rental price and bond money, the dress will be dispatched to your specified address. We will provide you with the tracking details for your reference.
3. Rental Duration: Each dress can only be rented ONCE (Which comprises of 4 days, starting from the date of delivery.) This time frame ensures hassle free dealing of the dress, keeping adequate time in hand for the client to receive the dress accordingly.
4. It is important to return the dress after 4 days.
5. Dress Condition and Returns:
● Dress Alterations and Damages: Rental dresses must not be altered or damaged in any way during the rental period. Any alterations or damages will result in the deduction of the bond money accordingly.
● Dress Pickup: After the rental period of 4 days, a pickup agent will be sent to retrieve the dress. The dress must be handed over in the same condition as it was delivered.
5. Late Fee: Failure to ensure the dress is picked up within 4 days of the rentalperiod will result in a late fee deduction from the bond money. The late fee is 500 Tk per day.
6. Refund of Bond Money:● Inspection and Refund: After the rented dress is returned by the client, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once the inspection is completed, the bond money will be refunded within 3-5 business days from the date of pickup.
Please note that any violations of the rental procedure and policy may result in the deduction of the bond money or additional charges, as necessary.
